23rd PNMCC
Annual Symposium

AND GENERAL ASSEMBLY

The PNMCC’s 23rd Annual Symposium on October 7, 2023, explored “Genomics for Bacterial ID: From DNA sequencing to taxonomic ranking,”

Dr. Noel G. Sabino, Dr. Marie Christine Obusan, and Dr. Arturo O. Lluisma provided invaluable perspectives on the subject matter. Their lectures enriched our understanding and shed light on the significance of genomics in bacterial taxonomy.

The event was further enriched by interesting poster presentations, showcasing a variety of microbial studies. Explore these posters through the links below to discover the latest insights in bacterial identification

Uncover the world of genomics and bacterial identification with us!

Watch out for our next event!

GUEST SPEAKERS

We’re excited to have a lineup of expert speakers who will enlighten us on 16s rRNA sequencing for bacterial identification, multi-locus sequencing using housekeeping genes, and whole genome sequencing.
